Josef’s Brasserie
Josef’s Brasserie is a casual French restaurant located inside the Desert Passage of the Aladdin Hotel, situated in the middle of the strip in Las Vegas, Nevada, the most exciting street in America. Josef’s is unique in that it has easy off-strip access making it a desirable destination for our guests.

French fries and onion soup are a must, alongside quiche, rotisserie chicken, leg of lamb, steak, and mussels which are brasserie staples.  Also offered: Sautéed Truite with asparagus and crab meat, Hudson Valley Foie Gras, traditional French pastry cart and cheese board of French and Napa Valley cheeses.  There is also a Plate D’ Jour, or Parisian “blue plate special.”  The oyster bar features lobster, shrimp, mussels, scallops, and a variety of fresh oysters.  In addition, Chef Joseph will personally select and give a free bottle of wine to all parties of 2 or more who have dinner Sunday through Thursday!

The Brasserie has a lively and informal ambiance.  The center of activity--as with any French brasserie--is the bar.  The bar transitions into a casual dining area where the open architecture, light and energy will create a must-be-seen-at experience. The bar features a lite menu of fresh seafood and is available late night.

The main dining area of Josef’s features an open pantry decorated with tile patterns, traditional French cilliage hand-painted wall murals and large French mirrors. There is also a carved dark cherry wood bar, ornate iron and glass chandeliers and fancy coffered and beamed ceilings. The private dining rooms offer an elegant, quiet setting for intimate dinners with friends or business associates.  Adding to the ambiance is a classical guitarist, who performs Wednesday through Saturday from 6:30pm.

Seared Foie Gras a generous portion of Hudson Valley Foie gras with
