Prime Steakhouse
Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten brings his inspired cooking to a steakhouse, Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio. The highest quality meats, seafood and chops are complemented by an extensive, meticulously selected wine list with a large selection of American and French wines dominated by rich, bold reds. Designed by Michael DeSantis, the stylish dining room is adjoined by a garden patio. A handsome bar at the entrance will lead guests into the speakeasy-style 1930’s chophouse. The world class art gracing this space includes three commissioned pieces — a Carlo Maria Mariani, a George Deem and a Gregory, as well as a stunning, five paneled water-themed canvas screen executed by Joseph Raffael.

Coyote Cafe
The combination of a grand location, the exciting food of celebrity chef Mark Miller, a wine list worthy of receipt of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, and service that is attentive, elegant, and comfortable, provide what the Zagat Las Vegas Restaurant Survey consistently reports as a "taste sensation." The private Adobe Room features slide-away doors that create the perfect spot for groups of twenty-two to forty guests.  Private dining menus, preferred wine and tequila lists, and even special flower arrangements transform the dining rooms to your exacting requirements.  Bold and adventurous specialty dishes are offered to create this truly unique experience.

Josef's Brasserie
Josef’s Brasserie is a casual French restaurant located inside the Desert Passage of the Aladdin Hotel, situated in the middle of the strip in Las Vegas, Nevada, the most exciting street in America.
